What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing and billing processes for approximately 50 customers.
• Payment Application: Apply customer payments to various projects with multiple line items.
• Vendor Invoices: Perform weekly data entry of vendor invoices into the company system.
• Collection Calls: Initiate limited collection calls to customers, as most accounts pay on time.
• Financial Support: Assist with reconciliations, provide variance support, and contribute to construction draws.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Skills: Ability to work effectively around distractions, maintain focus, and strong interpersonal soft skills.
