The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, located in Dallas, TX. • Mission: Develop the next generation of leaders within the U.S.’s largest wine and spirits distributor through hands-on rotational assignments and leadership development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Rotations: Rotate across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects within the organization.
• Deliver Value: Learn the essential processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver measurable value.
• Solve Problems: Define problems, scope projects, determine key deliverables, identify challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Build Skills: Develop crucial traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem solving.
• Engage Leadership: Gain exposure to senior leadership and build a national peer network through various program opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred degrees including Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a multi-disciplinary program. This is an early career role for graduating students (December 2026 & May 2027) or those up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership in academic or work settings, with a proven track record of delivering results. Must be 21 years old or older at the program’s July 2027 start date and willing to relocate to Dallas, TX, or Miramar, FL.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and with rotation managers, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, and a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving. Shows initiative, influence, and a desire to lead while thriving in changing environments and embracing feedback.
