Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program Associate | Regal Rexnord

The Tone:
This is a full-time, fully onsite early career rotational program at Regal Rexnord, a global industrial manufacturer creating sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion. The company’s products, including electric motors, air moving subsystems, highly engineered power transmission components, and automation offerings, serve diverse end markets from factory automation to medical and aerospace. This 24-month accelerated program is designed to cultivate the next generation of operations leaders by providing broad, hands-on experience and foundational skills across critical manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions. Associates will drive high-impact projects and gain leadership exposure essential for leading operations within the company.

• Team: Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment Operations Management
• Mission: To develop the next generation of operations leaders through broad, hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead projects: Lead and support high-impact operational projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply methodologies: Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to operational challenges.
• Analyze data: Analyze operational data to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present findings: Present recommendations and project results to site and senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level Associate position requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with graduation anticipated Spring/Summer 2027, and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
• Experience: Prior experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time) in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain. Must be able to relocate within the United States for rotational assignments and post-program placement, and have flexibility to work in manufacturing environments (plant, shop floor, etc.).
• Skills: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong motivation to pursue a career in operations leadership; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: 1+ years of relevant experience (internship, co-op, or professional experience); demonstrated leadership experience (student organizations, project leadership, etc.).
