Renewables & Flexible Power Graduate Rotation Program – Partnership Management | ENGIE North America Inc.

The Tone:
This is a full-time Graduate Rotation Program at ENGIE North America Inc., operating under a hybrid work policy. ENGIE is a key driver in the transition toward clean, resilient energy systems, managing a diversified portfolio including Solar, Onshore & Offshore Wind, Hydro, Storage, and Flexible Thermal assets across 20+ countries. The company aims to reach 95 GW of Renewables & BESS capacity by 2030. This role offers an opportunity for early-career professionals to become future talents and project drivers of ENGIE’s global strategy, by supporting critical partnership management functions.

• Mission: Support the maintenance of partner relationships, manage reporting obligations, and drive efficiency improvements for ENGIE’s renewables and flexible power assets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain partner relationships across 11 GWs of wind, solar, and battery storage assets in the U.S. and Canada.
• Manage reporting obligations by preparing presentation materials to update partners on portfolio performance.
• Communicate operational and financial performance of invested portfolios to partners.
• Drive efficiency by focusing on process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Participate in a 24-month graduate rotation program, including local and international assignments, to deepen expertise and contribute to business objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Entry-Level; in finance, economics, engineering, energy, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience, including internships.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency, excellent planning and organization, strong verbal and written communication skills, and understanding of budgets and financial statements.
• Bonus: Experience with Excel macros, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools; experience interpreting contractual language; and strong commitment to international mobility.
