This is a full-time, two-year rotational program at Crown Castle, located in Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX. What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse in the business: Dive into three dynamic areas of the business through a two-year rotational program, gaining hands-on experience.
• Develop skills and insights: Grow as a professional by exploring different career paths and building analytical capabilities.
• Contribute to meaningful projects: Apply energy, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to make an impact and drive the mission of transforming connectivity.
• Build holistic understanding: Rotate through three distinct roles and teams, facilitating career exploration and skill development across the company.
• Plan future career steps: Partner with leaders at the program’s end to transition into post-program opportunities that align business needs, personal development, and individual interests.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged; preferred fields for the Analytics & Transformation path include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another highly quantitative discipline.
• Experience: Limited full-time professional work experience, generally less than two years. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of the program.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and openness to new experiences and development opportunities.
