This is a full-time rotational program at Crown Castle, located in either Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX. Crown Castle has been a leader in shared communications infrastructure for over three decades, connecting communities, businesses, and people with reliable access to voice and data. This program offers the opportunity to dive into diverse areas of the business, gaining hands-on experience and developing critical skills. Participants will make a meaningful impact while growing professionally and contributing to projects that shape the future of connection.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Immerse in Crown Castle’s unique business model and culture through a two-year rotational program.
• Complete three distinct assignments across different roles and teams within a chosen path: Analytics & Transformation, Finance, or Process & Performance.
• Develop analytical, technical, and professional skills through hands-on projects and job-specific training.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making, financial value creation, or operational performance improvements.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to shape the future of connectivity and transition into post-program opportunities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-stage career individuals, typically with limited full-time professional work experience (generally less than two years). Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Limited full-time professional work experience, generally less than two years.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving abilities, collaboration, openness to new experiences, and eagerness for development opportunities.
• Bonus: Preferred fields of study for the Analytics & Transformation path include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another highly quantitative discipline. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
