What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Core Operations: Actively support essential daily accounting operations, including processing accounts payable, managing accounts receivable, generating accurate invoices, facilitating timely payments, and tracking all credit card activity to maintain financial order.
• Ensure Record Accuracy: Methodically perform account reconciliations across various ledgers and meticulously maintain all accounting records to ensure completeness and accuracy for financial integrity.
• Facilitate Internal Collaboration: Engage proactively with internal teams to provide support and address questions related to billing processes, collection efforts, and general accounting inquiries, fostering clear communication and problem-solving.
• Aid Financial Processes: Provide crucial assistance with the preparation of financial reporting documents and support various other accounting and administrative needs as they arise, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking comprehensive exposure and growth within the accounting domain.
• Experience: Bring 0-4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, alongside general familiarity with other Microsoft Office suite applications, is required.
• Skills: Exhibit strong organizational abilities, coupled with the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines. A proactive and team-oriented approach, along with excellent communication skills, is essential for internal collaboration and effective task execution.
