Human Resources Global Early Career Professional | Safelite
The Tone:
This is an Early Career rotational program based in Columbus, OH, requiring relocation for and after the program. Safelite, a subsidiary of Belron, is the global industry leader in auto glass repair and advanced vehicle safety system recalibration, operating in 39 countries and employing over 30,000 people worldwide. Beyond its services, Safelite emphasizes its people, culture, and spirit as core differentiators. This Human Resources role is crucial for developing future leaders within the People & Leadership Development function, helping to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent that drives organizational performance and growth across Safelite’s U.S. operations and Belron’s global businesses. Participants will gain immediate exposure to senior leaders both domestically and internationally.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotation Engagement: Support core business functions by performing hands-on, day-to-day tasks and contributing to projects within assigned teams during three 8-month rotations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify, recommend, and actively incorporate efficiencies by analyzing existing tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset to support business objectives.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Collaborate with stakeholders to research and analyze business problems, gather requirements, and develop project strategies informed by data and market trends.
• Leadership Communication: Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership, contributing to or leading project initiatives where applicable.
• Program Development: Actively participate in all program elements, including personal development plans, and manage time and tasks with rotation leaders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field by June 2027, with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Experience: Required previous internship experience, with a preference for corporate HR internship experience.
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Demonstrated self-motivation, a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and development. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the agility to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities. Eligibility to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship, with a willingness to reside in or relocate to Columbus, OH, and relocate again after program completion. Ability to travel internationally is also preferred.
