Beiersdorf develops innovative skin and body care products for well-known brands such as NIVEA, Eucerin, and La Prairie, operating with a purpose of “WE CARE BEYOND SKIN.” This role supports the Digital Transformation Consultancy team in aligning IT capabilities with strategic business goals, directly contributing to Beiersdorf’s competitiveness in the digital era and enabling the adoption of digital solutions. You will gain practical insights into modern IT architectures and digital strategies while working on real business challenges.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Digital Transformation Initiatives: Help develop and execute digital transformation initiatives that align with strategic business objectives.
• Prepare Stakeholder Communications: Create presentations, reports, and communication materials for various cross-functional stakeholders within the company.
• Research Digital Trends: Investigate current IT trends, digital strategies, and industry best practices to inform decision-making processes.
• Collaborate on Structured Project Delivery: Work with Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio & Value Management teams to support organized, value-driven project execution.
• Contribute to Digital Solution Adoption: Participate in change management and communication activities that facilitate the successful adoption of new digital solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in a Master’s program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in digital transformation, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and business value management; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Skills: Structured, analytical, and hands-on approach to problem-solving; clear communication and effective stakeholder collaboration; proactive mindset and eagerness to learn; fluency in English.
• Bonus: Fluency in German is an advantage; familiarity with data visualization, agile methods, or project management tools is an advantage.
