• Mission: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, strategically important, cross-branch and cross-regional programs to ensure agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes are achieved.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Program Delivery: Direct the full lifecycle planning and delivery of major programs and projects, ensuring all agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes are successfully met.
• Mobilize Programs: Engage in early planning to translate high-level management objectives into executable program structures, clarifying scope, success measures, and driving early alignment across all entities.
• Manage Stakeholders and Executives: Build and maintain effective relationships with senior management and diverse stakeholders, facilitating governance forums and presenting concise, decision-oriented updates.
• Ensure Governance and Risk Control: Implement and maintain robust project management standards, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control, while driving timely mitigation and escalation of critical risks.
• Oversee Financial and Resource Management: Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, coordinating internal and external resource requirements across all workstreams and partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline, with a focus on program management and transformation delivery in the financial industry.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years in program management, project management, or complex delivery roles, with proven experience leading large-scale, multi-workstream programs involving multiple countries, branches, and technology teams. Demonstrated ownership of full project and program lifecycle delivery.
• Skills: Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid), stakeholder management, executive-level communication and presentation, risk and change control management, and financial/vendor management.
• Bonus: Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, PMI-ACP), Master’s degree or MBA, experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry, and experience delivering regional or cross-border technology and business transformation programs across Asia Pacific.
