• Mission: Assists in performing various accounting tasks, including reconciliation, balancing, and file interaction for the payroll and general ledger operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide assistance and work closely with both the Payroll Team and the General Ledger Team.
• Reconcile: Help with the reconciliation of various accounting records and accounts.
• Balance: Assist in balancing financial data and reports as part of general ledger activities.
• Interact: Work with file interactions that are essential for accounting processes.
• Collaborate: Engage with various functions across the organization to complete tasks and gain broader exposure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree with coursework in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required; this role is designed to leverage and build upon your academic coursework.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, great organizational abilities, and the capacity to execute tasks with a high amount of detail.
