What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Payable Support: Provide direct support to the Accounts Payable function, contributing to the smooth operation of financial processes.
• Financial Operations Learning: Actively learn and gain exposure to the financial operations specific to a real estate development company.
• Accounting Responsibility Expansion: Gradually take on an increasing scope of general accounting responsibilities as skills and understanding grow within the organization.
• Professional Development: Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members to build foundational accounting expertise.
• Career Pathing: Work towards a clear growth path that transitions from Accounts Payable support into a comprehensive general accounting role.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, or actively nearing completion of such a degree. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: No specific years required; however, prior internship, bookkeeping, or direct accounting experience is preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail, proven organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a professional accounting environment.
• Bonus: Previous experience in an internship, a bookkeeping role, or any other direct accounting capacity.
