What You’ll Actually Do
• Process Financial Transactions: Process, record, reconcile, audit, and analyze diverse financial transactions for the University Dining program.
• Generate Financial Reports: Prepare comprehensive financial reports to support operational oversight and inform decision-making processes.
• Manage Billing Activities: Oversee and manage all billing activities, which includes continuous monitoring of account balances and transaction activity.
• Ensure Compliance and Approvals: Review and approve payments, invoices, vouchers, and their supporting documentation, strictly adhering to university policies and applicable regulations.
• Support Stakeholder Inquiries: Serve as a key resource for financial inquiries from students, vendors, and various campus stakeholders, providing assistance with purchasing and payment processes.

Proven ability to prepare financial reports and manage billing activities is essential, along with monitoring account balances and transaction activity. Experience in reviewing and approving payments, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation is required, as is assisting with purchasing and payment processes.
