Lead Sales Operations Specialist | Milliman

The Tone:
This is a full-time remote role at Milliman IntelliScript, a group within Milliman that develops and deploys category-defining, data-driven, software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for insurance, health IT, and life sciences clients. This position is a hands-on member of the Sales and Marketing team, crucial for ensuring the sales organization operates effectively by providing necessary processes, tools, data, and insights. The role directly contributes to accelerating revenue growth and driving efficient market execution for IntelliScript’s innovative SaaS offerings.

• Mission: Manage and improve day-to-day operations to accelerate revenue growth, drive efficient market execution, and enhance client, partner, and prospect engagement.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Manage and optimize both daily and long-range sales operations processes and strategic initiatives.
• Bid Support: Coordinate and support proposal and Request for Proposal (RFP) activities, including data gathering and timeline management.
• Data Management: Maintain and improve the integrity and utility of CRM and prospect data within the sales organization.
• Performance Analysis: Build and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to track go-to-market execution.
• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time while improving operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business operations, finance, or a related analytical domain.
• Experience: 7+ years working with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed setting.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate data into actionable insights, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information in regulated industries (HIPAA, FCRA).
• Bonus: Prior experience in an enterprise B2B or SaaS environment, and direct experience within regulated industries.
