What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Completion: Accurately completes assigned accounting tasks while adhering to established procedures and controls.
• Data Management: Gathers, organizes, and verifies data to support reporting, analysis, and informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Assists in identifying potential improvements within daily activities to enhance accounting processes.
• Team Collaboration: Works effectively with the team to meet deadlines and deliverables, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Skill Development: Actively develops professional skills through hands-on experience and participation in learning opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Experience with accounting and/or reporting systems, strong financial analysis, problem-solving & communication skills, process improvement orientation, and a fundamental understanding of the accounting close process.
• Bonus: Experience in the Energy industry is preferred.
