What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting Accuracy: Collaborate closely with various department heads throughout the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of their financial activities, thereby ensuring the utmost accuracy and reliability of all financial reporting outputs. This involves proactive engagement to reconcile data and confirm its integrity.
• Statement Preparation & Timelines: Undertake the critical task of preparing comprehensive financial statements, alongside all necessary supporting schedules, adhering strictly to the established monthly close schedule. This responsibility is central to the timely presentation of the company’s financial health.
• Statement Distribution Support: Provide essential assistance in the finalization and systematic distribution of financial statements, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders receive accurate and timely financial information as required.
• Data Integrity Management: Take direct responsibility for the meticulous, timely, and accurate preparation of diverse financial accounting data across a wide variety of areas. This includes validating inputs and outputs to maintain high data quality standards.
• Accounting Team Support: Utilize strong analytical capabilities to scrutinize financial data, identify discrepancies, and generate insights, while applying excellent organizational skills to manage workflow and documentation, thereby providing robust operational support to the entire accounting team.

• Background: Possess a foundational academic qualification with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent educational background in a relevant financial discipline such as Accounting, Economics, or Finance, which provides the necessary theoretical understanding for the role.
