What You’ll Actually Do
• Record Management: Maintain and manage accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Compliance Review: Review financial documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial transactions and prepare detailed reports.
• Bookkeeping Oversight: Oversee bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts and support month-end close activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An accounting professional with a strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Experience: 1+ years of public accounting experience, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements, and proficiency in managing general ledger activity and reconciliations.
• Skills: Ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights, strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a commitment to confidentiality.
