What You’ll Actually Do
• Billing Data Management: Accurately input and maintain billing and accounts receivable data to support timely and accurate invoicing.
• Quarterly Billing Operations: Execute quarterly billing cycles, perform audits to identify discrepancies, and generate detailed statements for advisors.
• Account Reconciliation: Monitor outstanding balances, perform account reconciliations, and research and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Record Keeping for Audits: Maintain precise billing and accounts receivable records to support audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Process Improvement Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field; Early Career level.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to research and resolve discrepancies.
• Bonus: Experience in the investment management or financial services industry.
