What You’ll Actually Do
• Process new applications: Intake, review, and ensure the successful transfer of new applications received daily.
• Maintain workflow momentum: Actively manage tasks to ensure continuous progress and prevent any idle time.
• Update product knowledge: Stay informed and maintain current knowledge of all company annuity offerings.
• Ensure compliance: Adhere strictly to HIPPA, Corporate Integrity, Diversity Principles, and Compliance Program policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required; this is an opportunity for an early career candidate.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience required for consideration.
• Skills:
• NC Life License (ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• Strong, positive communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customer personalities
• Results-oriented and detailed personality
• Bonus: 1-3 years of experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
