What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Gathers and organizes financial data from various sources.
• Reporting: Prepares basic financial reports and presentations.
• Planning Support: Assists in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Reconciliation: Conducts regular general ledger and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
• Project Assistance: Supports senior analysts in ad-hoc projects and analyses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and basic knowledge of financial principles and concepts. No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
