What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-End Close: Support month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Reconciliations: Perform detailed bank reconciliations to verify cash balances and identify discrepancies.
• Account Analysis: Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post precise journal entries to maintain the general ledger.
• Audit Support: Develop comprehensive schedules to facilitate and support annual audit processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, providing foundational knowledge in financial principles and practices.
• Experience: Eligibility for the CPA exam or partial completion of the CPA certification process.
• Skills: Proficiency in month-end close procedures, bank and balance sheet account reconciliation, journal entry preparation, financial data review, and audit schedule development.
