The company is seeking an experienced accountant to manage critical intercompany transactions and support overall financial close processes. This role is essential for ensuring compliance, improving accounting efficiency, and preparing the organization for future public company reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Intercompany Management: Prepare and maintain intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries as part of the monthly and year-end close processes.
• Compliance & Audit: Support adherence to established transfer pricing policies and facilitate audit efforts with necessary schedules and documentation.
• System Enhancement: Participate in ERP system implementation and optimization efforts related to intercompany accounting, netting, and consolidation processes.
• Process Development: Create and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation for intercompany accounting activities to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Readiness Support: Assist in building scalable intercompany processes, controls, and documentation to support public company reporting requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a strong understanding of intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and close processes.
• Experience: 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Skills: Intercompany reconciliations, Elimination entries, Financial close processes, Transfer pricing compliance, Accounting standards, Internal controls.
• Bonus: CPA license or public accounting experience; Accounting experience within a multi-entity manufacturing company.
