The TL;DR

• Pay: $20–$22 hourly
• Mission: This role is responsible for supporting crucial client engagements in auditing, tax preparation, financial reporting, and client consulting.
• Tech Stack: Excel, accounting systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audits & Projects: Assist with financial audits, tax return preparation, and client accounting projects.
• Financial Prep: Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Reporting Support: Support financial reporting, analysis, and client service initiatives.
• Data Management: Utilize Excel and accounting systems to analyze data and maintain accurate financial records.
• Client Engagement: Partner with firm leadership and participate in client engagements and special projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, suitable for early-career professionals.
• Experience: Internship or 1+ year of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, analytical abilities, understanding of auditing principles, understanding of tax preparation, understanding of financial reporting.
• Bonus: A desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
