What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Support the development of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• General Ledger Management: Perform general ledger reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Process Improvement: Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a GPA of at least 3.3/4.0; Entry-Level career with core domain knowledge in financial operations.
• Experience: Completion of at least one accounting, audit, or tax internship or some relevant experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with financial systems, financial data analysis, general ledger reconciliation.
