The role is critical for maintaining financial accuracy and preparing financial statements, providing a broad range of foundational accounting experience. This individual will join an accounting team working on a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Accounting: Perform daily accounting tasks including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Month-End Close: Contribute to month-end accounting processes.
• Financial Statements: Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
• External Audit: Serve as a primary resource for the external audit firm regarding accounting matters.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience: 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience is required.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, ability to take direction, quick learner.
• Bonus: Prior experience with a General Ledger (G/L) system.
