The Tone:
This is a full-time, 18-month rotational role for recent graduates at Hitachi Energy, based across multiple U.S. locations with an opportunity for an international rotation. Hitachi Energy offers a comprehensive Power+ Graduate program designed to cultivate future leaders in the energy sector, providing extensive training and hands-on experience with leading-edge technologies. This program is crucial for addressing impactful challenges within the organization and building a strategic pipeline of talented employees ready to contribute to the business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Complete three six-month rotational assignments across different business units and locations.
• Travel and relocate to various U.S. locations to experience company culture during assignments.
• Address impactful and meaningful challenges within diverse work assignments.
• Cultivate a diverse professional network across the organization.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and colleagues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent university graduate (within past 2 years).
• Experience: Must possess work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• Skills: Demonstrated personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, high level of initiative, self-confidence, curiosity to learn, and good communication skills (oral and written).
• Bonus: STEM background.
