Payroll Specialist – Payroll Banking Administrator | KBR

• Tech Stack: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Microsoft Office, Excel, CitiDirect, BNP Paribas Connexis, Straight2Bank (Standard Chartered Bank), Bank of America (BOFA) banking solutions, other global treasury and payroll banking platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Global Payroll Banking: Support and manage payroll banking operations, funding activities, and salary disbursements across the Middle East, Asia Pacific, US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to employee payment inquiries and resolve operational issues by collaborating with banking partners and applying established payroll banking procedures.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and country-specific payroll requirements, including Middle East Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance.
• Financial Contribution: Assist with payroll funding, cash flow analysis, and treasury reporting activities to support seamless payroll operations.
• Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, support audit requirements, and build multi-country payroll expertise through cross-training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Specialist with minimum 3-4 years of experience managing payroll disbursements and banking transactions in a corporate environment.
• Experience: Proven experience with payroll payment processes across multiple countries or regions, including global banking platforms (e.g., CitiDirect, BNP Paribas Connexis, BOFA solutions), ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday), and administering payroll payments. Experience supporting operations for Middle East, Asia Pacific, US, UK, Australia, and/or Canada, including WPS compliance, is required.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
