The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Leadership Skills: Participate in a formalized process designed to accelerate experience with operational skills necessary for effective leadership.
• Gain Operational Experience: Acquire hands-on experience through training in all departments to meet business needs.
• Complete Rotational Assignments: Engage in rotational operations assignments across various departments within the company.
• Manage Projects: Participate in sponsored projects as well as execute functional assignments.
• Build Professional Relationships: Focus on the development and cultivation of key leadership relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of related experience for Bachelor’s Degree holders, or 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience for High School Diploma/GED holders.
• Skills: Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree.
