What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Data Analysis: Extract, transform, and analyze operational data from various systems and databases to generate insights.
• Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Automation: Automate recurring reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, VBA/Macros, or basic scripting to maximize efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to satisfy data needs and resolve data issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A mid-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in an MIS, Data Analyst, or Operations Reporting role, coupled with hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and Macros/VBA. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL for database querying and data extraction. Project Management Skills, strong team management skills, and a clear understanding of A3, CAPEX & OPEX.
