Field Sales Manager – Mexico | Molson Coors Beverage Company

• Team: Molson Coors Mexico Business Unit, working closely with the local commercial team and LATAM Business Unit.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Execution: Drive field sales execution, manage distributor coordination, and cultivate retail account relationships across the assigned Mexico territory.
• Strategy & Planning: Support the development and execution of the annual territory business plan, including sales targets, strategies, tactics, and risk and opportunity assessment.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze territory dynamics, channel reports, and Nielsen data to develop local action plans addressing performance gaps and opportunities.
• Partner Management: Act as an expert on Molson Coors brands, building and cultivating strong working relationships with distributor and key account leaders.
• Market Insights: Track and report competitive market dynamics and promotional activity, presenting insights, opportunities, and risks to the team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; at least 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Experience: Field sales experience with major FMCG brands in the Mexico market, including managing distributor and retail account relationships.
• Skills: Highly developed interpersonal and influencing capabilities, strong, proven negotiation skills, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, comfort working with data and reporting tools (Excel, Nielsen data).
• Bonus: Master’s preferred. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, business building approach.
