What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Entries: Prepare and post accurate journal entries while meticulously reconciling accounts and financial statements to ensure full compliance with GAAP standards.
• Closing Support: Provide essential assistance during month-end and year-end closing processes, which includes the preparation and management of all necessary accruals and adjustments.
• Reporting & Audit: Generate comprehensive financial reports, offer critical support during audit processes, and consistently ensure the utmost accuracy and reliability of all financial data.
• Property Accounting: Take responsibility for performing all required accounting functions specifically for multiple commercial real estate properties within the company’s portfolio.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting or Finance. It is ideally suited for recent graduates or individuals at an Entry-Level stage in their accounting career.
• Experience: Candidates should possess up to two years of relevant accounting experience, with a specific and required focus on commercial real estate accounting.
• Skills: The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and a proactive eagerness to learn and adapt within the accounting field.
