What You’ll Actually Do
• Fulfill: Fulfill role requirements within an existing business or function.
• Apply: Apply prior experience and MBA learnings to current roles and emerging special projects.
• Travel: Travel internationally for project exposure as deemed appropriate.
• Engage: Engage with senior executives through direct exposure and mentoring opportunities.
• Manage: Manage strategy or financial portfolios with over $200MM in Profit and Loss responsibility.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited university business school, with completion by May 2027.
• Experience: Successful completion of a Dow MBA Internship, demonstrating strong performance, leadership potential, and alignment with Dow’s values and business objectives. Must be able to work legally in the United States, with no visa sponsorship or permanent residency process available.
• Skills: Strategic Planning, Financial Acumen, Leadership & Executive Presence, Analytical & Problem-Solving, Communication & Presentation.
• Bonus: 5-7 years of professional work experience within an operating company, experience in global business, consulting, financial strategy, and management, and global & cross-cultural agility.
