The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Non-exempt; expected to work a standard 40-hour week but may require hours that exceed this.
• Location: Hybrid (principally in-person, with pay specific to CO, IL, OH, MA)
• Pay: $22–$25 hourly
• Team: Internal Accounting Team, working side-by-side with experienced full-cycle accountants

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Help instill confidence in various organizations by assuring their financial health.
• Execute: Work on transactional accounting processes for the firm.
• Contribute: Assist with the Firm’s Financial Statement package.
• Analyze: Perform basic financial analysis.
• Report: Contribute to reporting activities and manage clerical duties.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Experience: Academic success demonstrated by a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, coupled with a proven record as a strong performer and high achiever through resume highlights and campus involvement.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, a commitment to precision in accounting tasks, and foundational skills in basic financial analysis and reporting.
• Bonus: Willingness to travel locally, nationally, and occasionally internationally for business needs.
