Junior Staff Accountant | Regency Pacific Management
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Regency Pacific Management, located in Bellevue, WA. The company specializes in providing a full spectrum of senior living and long-term care services, including Retirement/Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitation Therapy, Respite Care, Skilled Nursing, and Long Term Care, across more than 40 communities in 4 states. This position is vital for maintaining the financial health and integrity of the organization, directly supporting the core philosophy of “Bringing Independence to Living and Quality to Life” for the many residents served. The Junior Staff Accountant will contribute to accurate financial reporting and analysis within a company that truly cares for and rewards its employees.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Prepare income and balance sheet statements, supporting schedules, quarterly and year-end reports, and other miscellaneous accounting statements.
• Analysis: Analyze data required for the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.
• Reconciliation: Perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure proper recording of assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, and/or equity.
• Resolution: Investigate and resolve outstanding account reconciliation issues to maintain accurate financial records.
• Banking: Conduct bank reconciliations and manage miscellaneous reporting and projects as assigned.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Recently graduated with an Accounting or Finance degree, currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance, or possessing 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience: An entry-level professional demonstrating a strong work ethic, with availability to work occasional overtime to ensure year-end financial deadlines are met. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; Regency is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this position.
• Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Excel, detail-oriented, organized, thorough, excellent follow-through, highly reliable, a self-starter, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
• Bonus: Property management experience.
