What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop tailored solutions for consumer and commercial accounts, including many Fortune 500 clients.
• Fleet Management: Oversee a large inventory of vehicles, balancing productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and cultivate relationships with current customers.
• Customer Service: Ensure complete customer satisfaction in an active work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Experience: Must hold a valid driver’s license and possess the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication; results orientation; attention to detail; and strong time management skills.
• Bonus: Prior internship or relevant work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
