Administrative Fellow | Ascension

This is a full-time Administrative Fellow role at Ascension, available across multiple locations including Austin, Chicago, Jacksonville, Pensacola, Tulsa, and remotely for Operations Infrastructure. What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Exposure: Undertake a full-time, salaried 12-month program featuring structured departmental rotations and customized, project-driven initiatives.
• Executive Engagement: Work directly alongside senior leaders to support enterprise initiatives and gain insight into high-level board governance.
• National Collaboration: Connect with nationwide peers within the cohort to foster cross-regional collaboration, share key learnings, and drive innovative solutions.
• Personalized Mentorship: Participate in 1-on-1 executive coaching and strategic professional development mapped directly to your long-term career goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, and enrollment in or graduation from a Master’s degree program is preferred for this early career administrative leadership role.
• Experience: Current student in their final year of graduate study or a recent graduate from an eligible Master’s degree program (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or an equivalent healthcare/administrative program) from an accredited U.S. institution.
• Eligibility: Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S., as visa sponsorship is not available for this program.
• Bonus: Demonstrated track record of academic excellence with a minimum 3.0 GPA (“B” average) on a 4.0 scale.
