Management Trainee | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enterprise Mobility, located in Belmont, NC or one of the surrounding areas. What You’ll Actually Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers and partners.
• Master knowledge and skills in business operations, sales, marketing, and finance from a neighborhood branch.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and establish essential relationships within the community.
• Receive comprehensive training, mentoring, and support to excel in customer service and operational management.
• Develop and lead a team, applying learned principles to drive business growth and success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required for this entry-level management training program.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, or a leadership/management capacity. Leadership experience can include involvement in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Skills: Strong customer service orientation, sales and marketing aptitude, foundational understanding of finance and operations, and demonstrated leadership potential. Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Valid driving record: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol convictions (e.g., DUI, DWI) on record in the past 5 years.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future work authorization sponsorship from Enterprise Mobility.
