• Mission: Owns the accurate creation of monthly financial statements by verifying information, reconciling balance sheets, resolving outstanding items, and performing manual General Ledger entries.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Preparation: Prepare and enter journal entries into the General Ledger system.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile all balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Review: Review financial statements for completeness and correctness.
• Resolution: Research and resolve any discrepancies found in General Ledger accounts.
• Communication: Communicate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and clinic personnel to ensure accurate account information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate’s degree in Accounting, or two years of relevant experience in General Ledger bookkeeping.
• Experience: Two years of relevant experience specifically in General Ledger bookkeeping if not possessing the Associate’s degree.
• Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a desire to collaborate with colleagues, and the capacity to solve problems efficiently.
