What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Payroll Processing: Accurately process time records for regular payroll, overtime, and payoffs, which involves reviewing reports and time records for their correctness.
• Ensure Financial Compliance: Maintain accurate financial processes throughout all tasks and manage detailed spreadsheets for tracking leave balances, part-time employees, administrative leave, and worker compensation appointments to ensure strict adherence to all established policies and regulations.
• Reconcile Financial Accounts: Balance and diligently maintain both the incoming funds check log and the revolving funds account, including reviewing associated documents to confirm the accuracy of all figures.
• Resolve Financial Discrepancies: Actively identify discrepancies within financial documents and transactional records, then take prompt and effective corrective action to resolve these issues.
• Generate Financial Information: Perform routine analysis and research related to financial transactions, providing essential financial information by producing standard financial reports using established formats and precedents.
