What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Return Preparation: Prepare partnership, S corporation, and individual tax returns for clients.
• Tax Planning Support: Assist with tax projections and calculations for estimated payments.
• Audit Engagement Support: Support and participate in audit and review procedures.
• Workpaper Documentation: Prepare and document workpapers following established firm standards.
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and assist with internal control testing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with foundational knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience: Early career professional actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, effective time management and organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork and professional growth.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Accounting preferred.
