What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead New Restaurant Openings: Consult with independent franchised Chick-fil-A Operators on planning, execution, brand standards, and business strategy during the New Restaurant Opening process, leading a team of trainers.
• Manage Corporate Restaurants: Oversee Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Operated Restaurants by assessing current business states, developing strategic plans, and ensuring operational excellence and brand consistency.
• Develop and Supervise Teams: Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, and manage the performance of Team Members and Field Talent Staff, ensuring adherence to Chick-fil-A procedures and training standards.
• Optimize Operational Systems: Implement and manage systems for food safety, quality control, inventory, and ordering, proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks to maximize throughput.
• Drive Business Performance: Analyze comprehensive business data and financial returns to make optimal decisions for maximizing restaurant profitability and ensuring smooth transitions to incoming Operators.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any major/concentration, focused on developing business acumen and restaurant leadership capabilities.
• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, with prior restaurant industry experience strongly preferred.
• Skills: Ability to travel 100% of the time, possession of a valid US or Canadian Driver License, availability to work on weekends, and the ability to consume the entirety of the Chick-fil-A menu without dietary restrictions.
• Bonus: Bilingual/Spanish Proficiency.
