What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Billing: Prepare and process customer invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Vendor Accounts: Manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconcile associated accounts.
• Inventory Records: Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile inventory balances.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to billing, accounts payable, and inventory.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist with bank and general ledger reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities and financial reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is designed for an accounting professional seeking to build on their experience in general accounting, specifically within billing, accounts payable, and inventory.
• Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience is preferred, with specific experience in billing, accounts payable, inventory, or general accounting.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Excel, and experience using accounting/ERP systems.
• Bonus: An Accounting or Finance degree is preferred.
