Project Manager-Multiuse Facility Construction | CBRE
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at CBRE, involving regional travel predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone. You will provide essential consulting services for a multi-use facility client account, helping them achieve their strategic business objectives. This position is crucial for managing diverse projects, including both ground-up construction and facility infrastructure, from their initial stages through to completion. Your expertise will ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee all aspects of singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Prepare: Collaborate directly with clients to develop project elements such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define: Establish project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through a qualification process, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
• Govern: Implement project documentation governance consistent with company and client requirements, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and coordination of documentation.
• Direct: Guide the project delivery team by providing direction and support to achieve project goals, meet budget constraints, and adhere to schedules, while identifying and mitigating risks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred; a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience, with ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Kahua or similar project management software, D365 or other ERP platform, organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality, and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations.
• Bonus: LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
