What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Acumen: Engage in hands-on rotations across a diverse range of core business functions, including Operations Management, Sales & Business Development, Project Management, Logistics & Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations, to build a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s multifaceted operations.

• Experience: While no extensive professional experience is strictly required, the program is tailored for individuals eager to launch their careers, offering a comprehensive pathway for those with limited or no prior full-time work experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong work ethic and a proactive, self-starting attitude. A competitive and highly motivated disposition, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a clear drive for continuous growth and leadership.
