What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn Business Operations: Master the core knowledge and skills required to successfully run your own branch, cultivate new business opportunities, and effectively develop and lead a team within the company’s structured program.
• Deliver Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact and representative for Enterprise to both customers and business partners, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Manage Branch Operations: Oversee the behind-the-scenes operational aspects of a neighborhood branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day functions and service delivery.
• Build Business Relationships: Engage with the local community to establish and nurture key relationships that are essential for growing your branch’s business and expanding its reach.
• Develop Core Expertise: Gain hands-on experience and training in critical business areas including customer service, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and overall operational excellence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership roles.
• Skills: Demonstrated aptitude in customer service, sales, or leadership; ability to perform operational tasks; possession of a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
