Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Integration Management Office) | MorganFranklin Consulting
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MorganFranklin Consulting. MorganFranklin Consulting guides clients through major transactions, new system implementations, and organizational challenges by developing business strategy and executing transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for delivering strategic advice and solutions to senior and C-Level executives, helping them achieve value from complex investments and transformations, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

• Mission: This person will guide clients through complex M&A, divestitures, and restructurings, ensuring successful integration or separation and value realization.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Delivery: Deliver strategic advice and solutions to senior and C-Level executives on how to obtain value from major investments and transformations.
• Leadership: Lead Integration Management Office and Separation Management Office teams and workstreams, coordinating with client stakeholders across multiple companies and investor groups.
• Execution: Help companies develop, plan for, and execute complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Team Management: Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements, and develop junior team members through active coaching, feedback, and mentorship.
• Business Growth: Play an active role in business development efforts across all stages, including market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, and oral presentations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization or highly relevant industry experience in executing complex M&A or restructuring transactions.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record of planning and executing large-scale integration, separation, or restructuring plans, including standing up/managing IMOs/SMOs, conducting finance, technology, and/or operational due diligence, developing pre/post-Legal Day 1 requirements, and facilitating integration planning sessions. Experience includes assessing current operations, designing interim/permanent processes, and supporting technology standup, conversions, and cutovers.
• Skills: Prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives, including presenting complex ideas and facilitating executive workshops. Experience leading project teams across multiple engagements, coaching junior team members, and possessing highly effective interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Bonus: Previous experience working within the financial services, private equity, insurance carrier, and/or insurance brokerage industries. A Master of Business Administration may substitute for a business-related undergraduate degree. Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achieving business development goals.
