Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Integration Management Office) | MorganFranklin Consulting
The Tone:
This is a full-time consulting role at MorganFranklin Consulting, focusing on client engagement and strategic execution. The company guides clients through major transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and IPOs, as well as new system implementations and organizational challenges. This role is crucial for helping clients develop business strategies and execute transformation initiatives in areas like operational accounting, financial process improvement, and financial technology enablement.

• Mission: Guide clients through major transactions and transformation initiatives, specifically focused on M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and organizational challenges.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Guidance: Help companies develop, plan for, and execute complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings for diverse commercial clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead Integration Management Office and Separation Management Office teams and workstreams, collaborating with client stakeholders across multiple companies and investor groups.
• Facilitation: Facilitate client planning sessions, ranging from executive and board level meetings to joint integration/separation planning and requirements gathering exercises.
• Project Management: Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements by developing and executing against clients’ strategic initiatives.
• Business Development: Participate in business development efforts across all stages, including market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, and oral presentations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a career level equivalent to a Manager.
• Experience: 5+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization, or highly relevant industry experience in executing complex M&A or restructuring transactions. Demonstrated track record of planning and executing large scale integration, separation, or restructuring plans, including prior experience working directly with and advising C-Level executives.
• Skills: Standing up and managing major Integration Management Office / Separation Management Office organizations, conducting finance, technology, and/or operational due diligence, developing pre-legal day 1, legal day 1, and post-legal day 1 requirements and plans, facilitating integration/separation planning sessions across various functional groups (Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, etc.), and developing future state target operating models.
• Bonus: Master of Business Administration (MBA), previous experience within the financial services, insurance carrier, and/or insurance brokerage industries, and progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achieving business development goals.
