What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Tax Management: Prepare and file sales tax.
• General Ledger Operations: Record general ledger entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing various reports as assigned.
• Process Documentation: Document accounting processes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience with problem identification and resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Dynamics 365).
