What You’ll Actually Do
• Monitor operational activity and workflow performance across various teams.
• Maintain and update accurate operational reports and essential records.
• Review and analyze operational information for accuracy, completeness, and to identify recurring issues.
• Organize and manage critical business data and comprehensive documentation.
• Provide operational insights to internal teams and assist with process improvement initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of business operations, reporting, or coordination principles.
• Experience: Prior professional experience in a support, data organization, or administrative function.
• Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities; Proficiency with spreadsheets and business software; Excellent attention to detail; Clear written communication; Ability to interpret operational information.
