The Junior Accountant is a critical position responsible for ensuring the precise and timely monthly accounting operations across these entities. This role directly supports the financial integrity and operational efficiency of Femwell Group Health’s client portfolio, requiring meticulous attention to detail and unwavering adherence to deadlines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Record Maintenance: Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records for client subsidiary companies.
• Intercompany Accounting: Record and reconcile intercompany transactions across various entities.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of bank accounts and credit card accounts.
• Transaction Processing: Record payroll entries, distribution entries, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
• Invoicing & Payments: Enter invoices and process weekly checks for all assigned subsidiary companies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with foundational knowledge in accounting principles, often supported by an undergraduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of prior work experience in an accounting role.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven time management abilities to meet deadlines under pressure. Effective communication skills are essential for working with team members and subsidiary office managers.
• Bonus: Experience utilizing QuickBooks software and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
